Originally founded by Dr. Monte Harrell in 2000, our team is honored to continue serving the community in a variety of different fashions. When selecting his team of optometrists, Dr. Harrel worked hard to find the best people to meet the many varied needs of our patients. Our current team of eye doctors includes Dr. Monte Harrel, Dr. Tiffany Harrel, Dr. Savannah Sayler and Dr. David Kolker. Each member of our team is highly trained and dedicated to continuing education so that we can provide our patients with the most advanced optometry care available.

In addition to working as your trusted optometrist in the South Tulsa area, Dr. Monte Harrel is also a sought-after keynote speaker and has worked to develop the successful Visual Fitness! Program.

This fun and interactive learning program was designed by Dr. Monte Harrel to work as a simple game that gradually helps to optimize children’s vision as they learn. Since the introduction of Visual Fitness!, the program has gone on to be successfully implemented in 4 area elementary schools as well as in our offices.

After serving the local Tulsa area for almost 20 years, we have been lucky to receive several prestigious honors and awards. Most recently, our eye care team was awarded the TulsaPeople’s Readers’ Choice A-List Award 2017, our 7th straight win in this category! We invite you to visit our office located on the south side of Tulsa, a neighborhood that is set adjacent to the Arkansas River. In addition to our modern eye care center, this lovely residential neighborhood is home to many businesses and suburban complexes. Southern Hills is an exclusive area in South Tulsa (about a 15-minute drive from our optometry practice) with many ranch style homes built up around the Southern Hills Country Club. We are also pleased to be located in close proximity to the Woodland Hills Mall, the largest indoor mall in the state – with 1 million square feet of stores and a massive food court. For another commercial activity, cross the river to reach the Riverwalk Crossing Shopping Center. This attraction features a movie theater, a variety of fine restaurants, and many popular retailers. Once you’ve had your fill of shopping, dining, and gaming, South Tulsa offers a great view of underwater nature at the Oklahoma Aquarium, which is the only museum of its kind in the state. To appreciate nature in its regional setting, stroll through LaFortune Park, Hunter Park, or Riverparks – all of which offer trails and fields to explore in South Tulsa.
